What to do if you're having trouble.

Math can be challenging this year.  If you feel like you don't understand a topic, concept, or learning target there are four main things you can do.

First, pay attention during class.  Ask questions if you're unsure or confused.  Don't just sit there and hope you'll "get it" later.  Be honest with yourself if you don't understand and get help.

Second, see Mr. Kuh during support time (11:40-12:18).  No matter who your support teacher is, you can go to Mr. Kuh's room (#137) for help during this time.  Simply ask your teacher.

Third, see Mr. Kuh after school.  Talk to Mr. Kuh and make a plan to meet.  He's available most days from 3:00-3:30.  Let your parents know you'll be home a little late or to pick you up at 3:30.

Finally, DON'T GIVE UP!  Work hard, even when no one is watching.  Develop a strong work-ethic!
